How to Assign Competencies to Employees

Instruction Guide

  • Step 1: Navigate to the “Human Resource” tab and click “Action”.
  • Step 2: Select “Assign Competency”.
  • Step 3: Choose the employee(s) and competency.
  • Step 4: Select the assessor and input the certificate/version number.
  • Step 5: Enter the completed and due dates.
  • Step 6: Select the competency level and input the certificate duration.

 

If the Human Resources Module is not visible in the menu, it means you do not have the required permissions.

Please contact your company’s System Administrator to request access.
