How to Check/Add HR Form Records

Instruction Guide

 

  • Step 1: Navigate to “Human Resource” click on “HR Admin” then select “HR Form Records”.
  • Step 2: Click “Add New” and choose the form type.
  • Step 3: Select employees and the reviewer.
  • Step 4: Choose the action type: “Send Form to Employees” or “Reviewer to Complete the Form”.
  • Step 5: Tick Prefill form (optional)

 

If the Human Resources Module is not visible in the menu, it means you do not have the required permissions.

Please contact your company’s System Administrator to request access.
