How to Grant External Parties Access

Instruction Guide

  • Step 1: Navigate to the “External Parties” Module
  • Step 2: Choose “Personnel” tab
  • Step 3: Click “Personnel” to send the credentials
  • Step 4: Select the “User Access Type”. Please note that credentials cannot be sent if the selected access type is “No Access”.
  • Step 5: Add “Work Email”.
  • Step 6: Click “Send Invite” or “Resend Invite” button.

If the External Parties Module is not visible in the menu, it means you do not have the required permissions.

Please contact your company’s System Administrator to request access
