Instruction Guide
- Step 1: Navigate to “Assets” and choose “Asset Register”.
- Step 2: Click “Add New” and upload a photo.
- Step 3: Enter the asset details: Asset Number, Serial/Registration Number, Asset Name and Category (Fixed Asset, IT Equipment, Mobile Plant, Movable Asset, Vehicles)
- Step 4: Enter the workplace (department) and branch.
- Step 5: (Optional) Add a description and choose whether to display the asset in forms.
- Step 6: (If applicable) Choose the supplier and assign an employee.
- Step 7: Enter purchase details: Purchase date, Purchase price, Manufacture date, Warranty length, Last inspection date (if applicable) and Installation date (if applicable)
- Step 8: Select Assets Status (In Use, In Storage, Inactive, In Repair)
- Step 9:Upload the necessary files and add a note (optional).
- Step 10: Enter the Responsible person
- Step 11: Click Save.
If the Asset Module is not visible in the menu, it means you do not have the required permissions.
