Instruction Guide
- Step 1: Navigate to the “System Administration” tab.
- Step 2: Choose “Audit Setup” and select “Audit Template”.
- Step 3: Click “+Add New” and enter the audit template name.
- Step 4: Select User Group who have access to this Audit Template.
- Step 5: Click “Section” to create and name a section.
- Step 6: Click “Question”, select the section, and input your question.
- Step 7: Click “Option”, select the section, input the option, and assign a value.
- Step 8: Repeat for all sections, questions, and options needed.
- Step 9: Click “Save” to finalize the form.
