How to Set Up Online Training Template

Instruction Guide

 

  • Step 1: Navigate to “System Administration” and choose “Form Template Setup”.
  • Step 2: Select “Online Training” and click “+Add New”.
  • Step 3: Enter the form name and Expected Duration
  • Step 4: Select Competency and Competency Group under Assessment Criteria
  • Step 4: Assign the assessor, set passing marks, and allowable test attempts.
  • Step 5: Set automatic sign-off status for passed and failed attempts.
  • Step 6: Choose fields: “Question“, “File Upload“, “Signature“, “Web Links“, “Content Editor“.
  • Step 7: Click “Save” to finalize the form.

 

If the System Administration Module is not visible in the menu, it means you do not have the required permissions.

Please contact your company’s System Administrator to request access.
