Instruction Guide
- Step 1: Navigate to the “Form Submissions” Module and click “New Submission”.
- Step 2: Select the “Form Type” you want to submit
- Step 3: In Initial Details, enter the required info (e.g., Description, Date, Workplace, Branch, Coordinator).
- Step 4: Complete the required Form Details. (Fields vary by form.)
- Step 5: Click Submit or Save Draft to finish later.

If the Form Submission Module is not visible in the menu, it means you do not have the required permissions.
