Creating & completing an audit

Starting an audit

1. Go to Audits and select New Audit.
2. Choose the audit template to use.
3. Fill in the site/location and any other setup details.

Completing it

Work through each question, scoring or answering as prompted and attaching photos where required. Any question flagged as non-conforming can have a corrective action task raised directly.

Submit the audit once every required question is answered.
