"Vismate" is now "OnSite by Teammate"

Vismate has been renamed to OnSite by Teammate. You’ll now see OnSite in the module selection in Teammate, where you can manage visitor, contractor and employee sign-ins/timesheet The functionality remains the same — it simply has a new name.

Reports Now Available in OnSite

Reports are now available directly within the OnSite Module. You can now create and manage reports for visitors, contractors, and timesheet sign-in information without needing to leave the module.

External Parties Portal

The External Parties Portal has been updated with an improved dashboard, providing a clear summary of overdue items, upcoming due dates, items ready for review, and open items. Personnel's can also easily view and manage their My Actions and Company Requirements directly from the dashboard.

Link or Unlink Hazardous Substances from the Master List

Hazardous Substances now show when they are linked to a Master Hazardous Substance, with the option to unlink the record from the Master List when required.

Mobile Push Notifications

Mobile Push Notifications are now available in the app. Users can receive notifications directly on their mobile device for relevant updates and assigned actions. Make sure notifications are enabled for the Teammate app in your mobile device settings to receive push notifications.

Select the star icon to mark a form or audit template as a Favourite and keep it at the top for quick access.

Hide Empty Folders in Task Management

Use the Hide Empty Folders toggle to hide folders that do not contain any tasks, making the Task List easier to manage.

Audit Schedules —Managing Recurring Audits

Recurring Audits are now managed in a dedicated Schedules tab. You can create a schedule and easily view all the Audits it has generated, see what is coming up next, and pause, resume, or archive the schedule when required. The Audit Register also now displays a Scheduled indicator and includes a Source filter, making it easier to distinguish scheduled Audits from one-off Audits.

Geofencing - Workplace Setup

Geofence location for Workplaces would be set on each workplace. User's actual location would be compared to the set geofence radius which you had defined against a workplace in System Admin. This feature gets triggered when the user records a Form or Timesheet against the Workplace with Geofence turned on.

Timesheets - Geofence & Location Capture

Timesheets can now be linked to a Workplace location. Set the site address and geofence radius for the Workplace, and system will record whether the employee was within or outside the site location when their timesheet was recorded. A Geofence field can be added as a registers within List and Grid views.

Forms – Geofence & Location Capture

Option to enable "Location Capture" for the forms. Forms record the location where the user was when the form was submitted. If the Geofence option is turned on for the Workplace, the location of the user gets compared to the geofence radius. If no geofence is set for the Workplace, then the system only captures the location without any comparison to Workplace location setting.

Online Trainings Schedules

A new sub-page of "Schedules" has been added to the Online Training section. Re-occuring Scheduled can be managed on this page with features such as recalls, add/modify schedules as well as the view of previous and upcoming Online Trainings.

Organisational Chart Upgrade

The Organisational Chart has been re-designed to make your organisation structure easier to view and navigate. The export now includes Org Chart by: - Managers (improved) - Workplaces (new) - Branch (new) The new export options include: - Company overview to be included/excluded - Portrait/Landscape views - Employee photos to be included/excludedcan not include employee avatars. - Choose number of tiers - Export all pages in image format

Task Lists — reusable checklists you can drop anywhere

Create a Task List once and reuse it whenever you need it. Task Lists allow you to quickly assign a predefined set of tasks to a Form Submission, Audit, or Obligation. To create and manage your Task Lists, navigate to System Admin → Templates → Task Lists. From here, you can build your standard list of tasks and reuse it across relevant modules. These tasks can have predefined due dates and task owners.

Reassign Task Ownership during Deactivation

When deactivating a user, the system now requires any outstanding tasks currently assigned to the employee to be re-assigned.
