Generating a QR code for a form

Generating the code

  1. Open the form template you want a code for.
  2. Select Generate QR Code.
  3. Download it as an image or PDF, ready to print or display.

Anyone who scans the code with the Teammate app is taken straight to that form, ready to fill in — useful for signage, equipment, or site entry points.

If you regenerate a code, the old one may stop working — check whether that matters for any printed copies already in use.
