Troubleshooting form submissions (drafts, attachments, locked records)

My draft disappeared

Drafts save automatically as you go, but only while you have a connection. If you were offline, check the offline queue — it may still be there waiting to sync.

An attachment won't upload

Check the file size and type against the field's limits, and confirm you have a stable connection. Large photos may need to be resized first.

"This record is locked"

Another user may currently have the record open for editing, or it has been closed and needs to be reopened by an admin before further changes.

Still not working

Try refreshing the page or restarting the app, and contact your admin if the issue continues.
