Activating your external-party account

Receiving your invitation

If an organisation using Teammate has added you as an external party (contractor, supplier, visitor host, etc.), you'll receive an activation email.

1. Open the activation link in the email.
2. Set a password for your account.
3. Sign in — you'll land on a limited view showing only what that organisation has shared with you.

External-party access is scoped by the inviting organisation — you'll only see the forms, records, or links they've specifically shared with you, not their full Teammate account.

If the activation link has expired, ask the organisation that invited you to resend it.
