Logging in to Teammate (email, Google & Microsoft SSO)

Signing in with email and password

Open Teammate and enter the email address and password your organisation set up for you, then tap or click Sign In.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft

If your organisation has enabled single sign-on, you will see "Continue with Google" and/or "Continue with Microsoft" buttons on the login screen.

1. Tap the button for your provider.
2. Choose or confirm your work account in the popup.
3. You will be returned to Teammate already signed in.

If neither SSO button appears, your organisation has not enabled that provider — use email and password instead, or ask your admin.

Staying signed in

Teammate keeps you signed in on trusted devices until you sign out manually or your session expires for security reasons.
