Resetting or changing your password

Forgotten your password

1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?".
2. Enter the email address on your Teammate account.
3. Check your inbox for a reset link and open it.
4. Choose a new password and confirm it.

The reset link expires after a short period — if it has expired, request a new one.

Changing your password while signed in

Go to your profile, open Account Settings, and select Change Password. Enter your current password followed by the new one.

If you signed up via Google or Microsoft SSO, there is no separate Teammate password to reset — manage your password with that provider instead.
