Assigning to a register item

Link the reminder to a record — such as an asset or employee — so it appears alongside that record's history when it's due.

Assigning to an external party

Choose an external party (e.g. a contractor or supplier) as the assignee. They'll receive the reminder via a public link rather than needing a full Teammate account.
