Managing the reminder register (pause, reschedule, sign off, bulk actions)

Pausing a reminder

Open the reminder and select Pause to stop it from triggering without deleting it — useful for temporary changes like leave or downtime.

Rescheduling

Change the due date or repeat frequency from the reminder's details.

Signing off

Once the reminder's associated work is done, sign it off to mark that cycle as complete.

Bulk actions

Select multiple reminders in the register to reschedule, reassign, pause, or delete them together.
