Searching
Use the search bar to find a document by name across every folder you have access to, rather than clicking through folders manually.
Filtering & sorting
Use the filter and sort options to narrow results by file type, upload date, or status.
Previewing
Select a file to open a preview drawer without leaving the page — useful for a quick check before deciding whether to download it.
