Form register bulk actions (export, send, share, reassign, duplicate, delete)

Selecting multiple records

In the Form Records register, use the checkboxes on the left of each row to select more than one record.

Available bulk actions

• Export — download the selected records as a file.
• Send/share — email or share a link to the selected records.
• Reassign — change who the records are assigned to.
• Duplicate — create fresh blank copies for reuse.
• Delete — permanently remove the selected records.

Delete cannot be undone — Teammate asks you to confirm before removing records.
