Adding corrective actions (tasks) to audit questions

Raising a corrective action

When a question is answered in a way that indicates a problem (e.g. "Fail" or "No"), an option to add a corrective action appears next to it.

1. Select Add Corrective Action.
2. Fill in what needs to be done, who's responsible, and a due date.
3. Save — a task is created and linked to that specific question.

You can track all corrective actions from an audit via its linked tasks, so nothing flagged gets forgotten.
