VisMate overview: how visitor sign-in works

The flow

A visitor arrives, scans a QR code or uses the on-site kiosk, completes any required questionnaire and policy acknowledgement, then signs in.

Their entry immediately appears in the visitor register, where staff can see who's currently on site.
