Review reminders

Documents can be set to remind their owner when a review is due, so content doesn't go stale unnoticed.

Completing a review

When a review is due, open the document and confirm it's still accurate, or upload an update.

New version vs. same version

Uploading a genuinely new version restarts any acknowledgement requirement, since people need to confirm they've seen the change. Marking it as the same version (a minor correction) does not.
