My Actions is a personal view listing every form assigned to you and every form you've submitted, in one place — no need to search the full register.

Why it's useful

It's the fastest way to check what's outstanding without filtering the shared register by your own name every time.

Items move out of My Actions once they're completed, signed off, or closed, depending on the form's workflow.
