Ask Teammate is the assistant in the bottom-right corner of the Help Centre. Ask a question in your own words and it answers with practical steps taken from the published guides — every answer links to the guides it came from, so you can check the source.
Ask a question
- Click the Ask Teammate button in the bottom-right corner of any Help Centre page.
- Type your question the way you would ask a colleague — for example, "How do I submit a form on my phone?" — and press Enter.
- Read the answer, then open the linked guides underneath it for the full detail, screenshots and walkthrough videos.
- Ask follow-up questions in the same conversation — the assistant remembers the context of the chat.
Note: the assistant only answers from the published guides. If the guides do not cover your question, it will say so and offer to hand the conversation to a person — use Email support with this thread and your conversation goes with it, so you never repeat yourself.
