Switching teams and associated accounts

When you have access to more than one team

If your email is linked to more than one Teammate organisation, a team switcher appears near your profile picture.

1. Tap your profile picture or the team name at the top of the screen.
2. Select "Switch Team".
3. Choose the organisation you want to work in.

Your permissions, records, and dashboard all change to match the team you switch into — nothing carries over between teams.

If you don't see a switcher, your account is only linked to one organisation.
