Creating forms and audits while offline

Filling in a form or audit offline

Open the form or audit as you normally would. Teammate detects the missing connection and switches to offline mode automatically — no separate offline setting needed.

1. Complete the form or audit fields as normal.
2. Submit it — it will save locally and show as "Queued" rather than "Submitted".
3. Keep the app open or reopen it periodically until you're back in range.

Attachments like photos are stored on your device until sync completes, so make sure you have enough free storage.

Templates and reference data need to have loaded at least once while online before you can use them offline.
