Working offline: the offline queue

What happens without a connection

If your device loses connectivity, Teammate keeps working — forms and audits you fill in are saved to an offline queue on your device instead of failing.

Syncing back up

Once your device reconnects, queued items sync automatically in the background. You'll see a sync indicator while this happens.

Avoid closing the app or clearing its data while items are still queued, as unsynced work is only stored on that device until it syncs.

You can check the offline queue at any time to see what's still waiting to sync.
