Go to Account Settings > Notifications to turn specific email categories on or off individually — for example, task reminders vs form sign-off alerts.

Using the unsubscribe link

Every notification email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom for that specific email type. This is quicker if you only want to stop one kind of email.

Some notifications, such as security alerts, cannot be turned off, as they protect your account.

If you're not receiving emails you expect, check your spam folder and ask your admin whether email notifications are enabled for your organisation.
