Which Teammate features do I have access to?

Why can't I see a module my colleague can?

Access in Teammate is controlled per person by your organisation's admin. Modules and actions you don't have permission for are simply hidden — this is expected, not a bug.

Can I request more access?

Ask your organisation's admin — only admins and super admins can change what you're able to see or do.

Does access change between web and mobile?

No — your permissions are the same everywhere you sign in with the same account.

Why can I see a record but not edit it?

Many modules separate "view" from "edit" access, so you may be able to read something without being able to change it.
